Office for Multicultural Learning (OML)
The Office for Multicultural Learning promotes student development and empowerment around issues of diversity. Your gift will help support diversity programs and initiatives for students across campus.
Gifts to the OML would help support these key initiatives:

Enhance Diversity and Inclusion Series: Diversity curriculum for all incoming students

Create Alumni Mentorship Program: Vocational discernment program for juniors and seniors of color

Expand Services: Serve communities currently underserved at SCU including Muslim and Native American students
Rainbow Resource Center (RRC)
The Rainbow Resource Center educates the SCU community and empowers Santa Clara students, faculty, staff, and alumni who self-identify within the wide spectrum of sexual orientations and gender identities.
Gifts to the Rainbow Resource Center would help support these key initiatives:

Expand Technology: A/V equipment in the center for educational programs and trainings

Increase Programming: Student staff support for additional educational programming

Increase National Engagement: Student participation in the LGBTQ national and Catholic conferences
Multicultural Center (MCC): Student Award
The MCC provides a community that supports the unique expression and appreciation of the different cultures of people of color through its many student organizations.
Gifts to the MCC would help support these key initiatives:
- Recognize student leaders: Support an award given to a passionate student of color, who has demonstrated a consistent commitment to fostering diversity, inclusion, social justice, critical consciousness, and the empowerment of marginalized communities
