Empowering Women in Computer Science/Engineering
Santa Clara University’s ACM-W chapter is dedicated to supporting and advocating for the full engagement of women in all aspects of the computing field. We strive to create an inclusive environment where women can learn from each other, develop their skills, and pursue their passion for computer science. We organize workshops that help students develop academic and professional skills and host mentorship events with SCU alumni and local industry representatives. Additionally, we offer opportunities for students to apply their skills in events such as our annual hack-a-thon, Hack for Humanity, and conferences across America like the Grace Hopper Conference. Your donations to ACM-W will go towards funding these events, which will directly benefit and empower all SCU women in computing.
