Leavey PLUS Vision The school’s strategic priorities, Leavey PLUS, creates collaborative opportunities for students, faculty, and organizations to address 21st century business challenges, conduct impactful research, and navigate technological advances and key societal issues, such as DEI, sustainability, and the future of work. Leavey PLUS is guided by four key pillars: Partnership, Leadership, Unity, and Sustainability. 

Partnership: Build and leverage authentic and long-lasting, mutually beneficial external partnerships to grow academic programs and extra-curricular offerings, expand thought leadership and increase scholarships for students.

Leadership: The Jesuit values-guided Leadership Center will provide a foundation for creating new leadership models and prepare students for principled business leadership. Through a combination of curricular, co-curricular, dynamic, real-world learning experiences, and research the center will not only advance the field of leadership, but also ensure that its offerings remain up-to-date and relevant to the ever-changing demands of professional development.

Unity:  Create a world-class, inclusive and diverse environment that reflects the spirit of Silicon Valley. We want to establish a hub for innovation, emerging technology and interdisciplinary knowledge sharing, where firms, alumni and students can work together with faculty and staff at a global level.

Sustainability: Create a center to establish Leavey as THE hub for sustainable business solutions, leveraging our research and interdisciplinary academic programs that showcase the power of business in leading the way to a more sustainable and equitable future inspired by technology, ESG and DEI principles.
