The Women’s Lacrosse club travels throughout California and Arizona to compete in the Western Women’s Lacrosse League (WWLL). Each year, their goal is to finish at the top of their conference and qualify for the National Championships. Since 2004, the team has seen great success, including qualifying for Nationals multiple times.
“Being able to play on the women’s lacrosse team at Santa Clara is by far one of my favorite experiences from Santa Clara. I have met all of my best friends through it and formed bonds on and off the field with people from all grade levels. Our team is more than just a team, we are one big family. Everyone who has played on the WLAX team would agree. Getting to spend every day with your closest friends is absolutely amazing. We are such a fun and dedicated group of girls who are extremely enthusiastic about the sport. I couldn’t imagine a better group of people to share my lacrosse experience with. I am so thankful for this team!”
