Leavey School of Business

Empower our LSB Students to THRIVE post pandemic!

The world of business is changing and LSB, in the heart of innovation, is ideally poised to cultivate ethical business leaders who are needed to transform the world.  Our programs empower students to thrive and emerge from the pandemic with hope and the skills needed to make a difference.

Some of our priorities this year include:

  • Community Fellows. The Leavey School of Business Community Fellows Program places talented and committed undergraduate business students in paid, year-long internships at nonprofit and government organizations.  Fellows also enroll in a year-long academic experience to reflect on and explore social justice and economic issues.

  • Graduate Scholarships. Our business school enables graduate students to build deep connections with Silicon Valley through MBA, MS and Online programs. Additional scholarship funds will help us compete more effectively for high-achieving men and women who not only excel academically, but who also model leadership in the spirit of Jesuit commitment.

  • Overall Student Success. Personal and professional development of LSB students remains a focus as we navigate the pandemic and look for opportunities using technologies to ensure positive outcomes and experiences.  From resources to support DEI initiatives to resume writing, interviewing workshops and networking we strive to build confidence and empower to fulfill their potential.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset. Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship provides opportunities for students from all disciplines to learn and explore the the value of an entrepreneurial mindset. Ciocca Center supports several academic programs, experiential opportunities, and competitions to enhance the University community's understanding and practice of innovation and to define the entrepreneurial mindset.
