The Office for Multicultural Learning (OML) is committed to promoting social justice, building bridges across diverse communities, and celebrating differences of students at Santa Clara University.

Help the Office for Multicultural Learning celebrate over 20 years of inclusive excellence by supporting our key initiatives as we:

• Continue to enhance our Diversity and Inclusion Series, which includes diversity curriculum for all incoming first-year and transfer students
• Promote the importance of mentorship across BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/People of Color) through our newly formed F.A.M. – Finding Affirmation and Meaning Mentorship Network
• Support educational opportunities such as our new Racial Justice Workshops, which help the SCU community gain skills around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Expand our signature events such as our Multicultural Welcome Reception and end of the year Multicultural Recognition Ceremonies
