Go All In for the Russian Speaking Club!

Our club aims to connect with people who have a Russian-speaking background or with anyone interested in the culture. We create a safe space for a diverse group of people to share experiences, traditions, and values. This past year, we have been strongly working towards raising awareness on campus about the issues that we and our close ones face, as well as raising funds for charity organizations. Currently we are dealing with the ongoing war in Ukraine. Just last year we were able to collect over $4,000 for humanitarian aid for refugees of war. Our goal this year is to collect more funds for charity and to continue providing help to SCU students affected by war by find resources and community. We are actively engaging with other student organizations and the international student office to further develop the foundation of support for individuals on and off campus.

Your contribution will allow us to expand our outreach about our current fundraiser aimed at helping refugees of war, attract more students to the community, and organize cultural and informational sessions with the goal of increasing awareness about the culture and the complex issues post-soviet countries are faced with nowadays.
