The Society of Women Engineers is a national organization dedicated to uplifting women throughout the whole of the engineering field, from CEOs to undergrad students. The Santa Clara SWE chapter works hard to put on weekly events for women in engineering to help develop professional skills and networking along with strong bonds of sisterhood and friendship.
We have worked with numerous companies including Google, Cisco, Synopsys, Intuitive, and more to help students develop a professional connection. Every year, we get the opportunity to go to the National SWE Conference where they host workshops and talks.
Additionally, there is a huge career fair that directly connects our members to recruiters from all over the world. By donating to the Santa Clara SWE chapter, you would be directly contributing to help fund company campus tours, travel/lodging costs for going to the National SWE Conference, and developing better events for our members.
