The Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic connects startups, emerging companies, and community organizations with second- and third- year law students who provide them quality legal services under attorney supervision. Students work on transactions critical to startup companies, such as business entity formation, financing, operational contracts, company policy, website terms of service, and intellectual property licensing.
