As part of the Inclusive Excellence Division, the Office for Multicultural Learning (OML) is committed to promoting social justice, building bridges across diverse communities, and celebrating differences of students at Santa Clara University.

Your donations help us to provide further support and programming to help us meet our mission as we do the following:

• Reimagine the diversity and inclusion components of the Being a Bronco Series for all first-year and transfer students
• Promote the importance of mentorship across BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/People of Color) through our F.A.M. – Finding Affirmation and Meaning Mentorship Network
• Synthesize and coordinate campus-wide recognition of heritage months and awareness days
• Advocate for the importance of authentic representation by bringing in guest speakers who can offer perspectives that we may not have based on the identities of our team
• Expand our annual Multicultural Recognition Ceremonies to honor our graduating students in ways that are authentic to their background and heritage
