This year’s France 2019 Foreign Tour would truly be a game-changer, not only in the lives of our student-athletes, but also for the team’s success as they relentlessly compete during every minute of the 2019 SCU women’s soccer season. Your support will boost momentum for an inspiring and successful run to the playoffs.
With this year’s NCAA College Cup in our own backyard at Avaya Stadium in San Jose, the SCU Women's Soccer team is extra motivated and ready for the 2019 season. The Broncos are hoping to kick off their summer training with an NCAA-sanctioned trip to France from June 26 – July 5.
In addition to playing three exhibition games, the team would also observe and learn from the best as they attend both semi-final games of the Women’s World Cup in Lyon to watch SCU's own Julie Ertz lead Team USA. This means extra practice time, extended team bonding, and watching world-class soccer – all factors that will hone skills and build camaraderie, as well as enhance the player’s life experiences.
