Join the Office for Multicultural Learning as we strive for inclusive excellence!

As a part of the newly formed Division of Inclusive Excellence, the Office for Multicultural Learning (OML) is committed to promoting social justice, building bridges across diverse communities, and celebrating differences of students at Santa Clara University.

Help the Office for Multicultural Learning celebrate over 20 years of inclusive excellence by supporting our key initiatives as we:

• Continue to enhance our Diversity and Inclusion Series, which includes diversity curriculum for all incoming first-year and transfer students.
• Promote the importance of mentorship across BIPOC (Black/Indigenous/People of Color) through our F.A.M. – Finding Affirmation and Meaning Mentorship Network.
• Support educational opportunities such as our new Racial Justice Workshops, which help the SCU community gain skills around issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Advocate for the importance of authentic representation by bringing in guest speakers who can offer perspectives that we may not have based on the identities of our team.
• Expand our signature events such as our Multicultural Meet-n-Greet and end of the year Multicultural Recognition Ceremonies.

Every gift made to the Office for Multicultural Learning has the power to enhance the impact that intentional diversity, equity, and inclusion programming and support can have on SCU students!
