Caring for Students and Empowering Colleagues Through Early Intervention Education
Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) is a dedicated team of licensed therapists, graduate-level psychologist trainees, and mental health professionals focused on fostering student well-being. CAPS provides short-term therapy, crisis support, groups, and workshops to meet the diverse needs of students. Additionally, they coordinate Mental Health First Aid and Question, Persuade, and Refer (QPR) Suicide Prevention trainings to educate faculty, staff, and students on how to care for and support one another effectively.
Rooted in the values of multiculturalism and social justice, CAPS is committed to providing inclusive, accessible, and accepting mental health services for every student they serve.
By donating to CAPS, you directly contribute to vital student mental health services and campus training efforts, reinforcing the shared responsibility of supporting student well-being. Your support helps foster a healthier, more resilient campus community.
