Give High 5's to SCU Educators and Mental Health Professionals!
Driven by our mission to develop professionals who will serve and positively transform schools, communities, and the greater society through their work, The School of Education & Counseling Psychology is proud to support the following initiatives on this year's Day of Giving:
1) Scholarships for Counseling Psychology practicum students:
98% of our practicum students are completing field work at placements dedicated to serving marginalized communities. We want to better support these students in this work, during this crucial period of career and personal development.
2) Scholarships for aspiring teachers:
We aim to make a formative, Jesuit, Santa Clara, education affordable for all to seek to make a difference as educators.
3) Faculty-student research and community interventions that have a direct impact in our communities:
ECP faculty and students are conducting projects that embody key Jesuit values that we at SCU stand for– social justice and a deep respect for all. These projects have a direct impact in our communities, and we want to encourage the expansion and continuation of this essential work.
With a gift of just $10 or more, join us in giving HIGH 5's to the education and mental health champions at SCU bringing about real change for those who are too often overlooked. Thank you for your support!
